Best Western Plus Chihuahua Aeropuerto

It was very well worth it It was clean. Breakfast was so good. You can pick from the Menu. Green chilaciles to pancakes you name it. They also have a breakfast bar. Excellent service.

Stayed for the weekend with my family. Clean parking lot Clean lobby front desk lady on Friday 4/19 at 1pm was very nice check in was fast and easy Room was super clean. Nice and spacious. Bathroom was clean so thank you to the house keepers shower heads could use a clean. My room was right in from of the very big clean pool and a nice gentleman that was cleaning and spraying the plants. A/C was super cold I loved it! Breakfast was phenomenal! So good and lots to choose from my son loved local cuisine offered and cooked to order! Thank you Breakfast ladies everything was delicious! I couldn't bring my service dog so I didn't stay the next day but my husband and son did. They had toiletries available to purchase and a snack stand up front For this place to be 15 Years old it looks great!!!

Booked an executive suite here after a long day of riding through the canyons on the train. I wasn't expecting such amazing service and atmosphere. The inside of the hotel is a courtyard with a nice swimming pool, and the rooms are top notch. There was a problem with the credit card machine not reading the chip on my card, so after the second attempt at charging my card the clerk told me not to worry about paying for the room right then, that I could settle the room charge at checkout. Very classy. The next day it worked on the first try and all was well. I wasn't even expecting them to have an hourly shuttle to the airport the next morning and free breakfast, so it was all just icing on the cake. The price for three guests was competitive with the low-budget hotels, and I won't even consider staying at a different hotel when I come to this town again. One of my party had to go to the bus station, rather than the airport, and when I asked the clerk to call for a taxi, he told me absolutely not, the shuttle will provide the transportation free of charge! Truly above and beyond.

We love this place! Very clean and staff are very helpful and have some English. We love the free evening and breakfast that is included. There is a beautiful courtyard that surrounds the pool. It's a great place to relax.

I stayed at Best Western Plus for one night before my flight back home. It's very close to the airport and they arrange rides to the airport for you so you don't have to stress about it. The lobby was clean and they had a snack bar where you can buy drinks and snacks, as well as free coffee out in the lobby. Both the rooms and bathrooms were also very clean and the beds were comfy. The pool was also very beautiful The only issue I had with this hotel is that the walls were very thin, and I could hear lots of banging and kids screaming from the room. However, we called management and asked them to impose quiet hours and the banging and shouting stopped shortly after. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you have an early flight the next day.

My wife and I stayed 7 nights first time ever in this hotel and everybody was FENOMENAL. From check in, to breakfast, to cleanliness, to comfort, affordable prices, friendly staff, etc., etc. We're coming back to BW Plus Chihuahua this coming October again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I work for a hotel in El Paso and BW did a great job. Our room was nice and clean. Our AC didn't work right, but we never report it since we thought it would work later. But everything was great. The staff was nice, the room was clean, breakfast was amazing, and the pool was nice. Good job guys!
